At the beginning everything went wrong, bad defensive rotation, bad offensive movement, fortunately they were looking for big Roy and big Roy delivered, other than that : just crap. West was nowhere, Paul George brutal, Augustin lost and Granger hurt.
On D, I don't understand how we can let so many offensive rebound? that kills us all night long. An other thing that kills us is to be beaten EVERY TIME by dribble penetration (Augustin if you listen), after that Hibbert is a bit slow and our rotation is not good enough to recover, we really have to work on that. And to finish with the defense where was Green on the last Hamilton shot??? you can't get stuck on a pick like that.
On the offensive end after the bad start we were not too bad at times but our wings got to stop taking so many bad shots, quick 3s, 1vs3 stuck in tht corner, Augustin Vs Noah under the basket.
I really don't like what I've seen with George, bad choices after bad choices, bad defense, if that's the improvment from last year I'm a bit worried. Green got to limit his bad shots too, his 5 3s were bad shots, when he's got a little more time to shoot he's good, so take your time. the other problem is that he is too light to guard SF Deng went everywhere he wanted. Lance didn't do really good things but no bad things either so... For Granger it's a bit hard at the beginning he looked bad but after that he looked like Granger so I hope his knee we'll be fine.
The bright light is our frontcourt : Hibbert+ Mahinmi + West + Hansbrough = best frontcourt 1 to 4 in the NBA they've got to be faster on D and to work on their rotation but we've got eveything with those four and I want to include Hansbrough who will have some bad nights but will be effective. Have you seen Mahinmi? game after game I'm shocked with his moves, his shooting touch, his footwork, what a pick for us.
