David West led all Pacers with 15 points, with Paul George (14), Gerald Green (13), Ian Mahinmi (10), and Stephenson (10) adding double figure scoring. For the Cavs, Kyrie Irving scored a game high 20 points with teammate Alonzo Gee contributing 18.
