Paul George (10 points) leads the way for the Indiana Pacers, who have struggled to contain the Minnesota Timberwolves at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis and trail 53-42. The Pacers led early with hot shooting, but stumbled back with poor team defense as the Wolves, led by Derrick Williams with 10 points, won the second quarter 25-13. George was the focus of Indiana's offense, going 5-15 shooting in the first half with five rebounds. David West made his preseason debut, scoring 8, with Ian Mahinmi putting up 6 of his own.

Other notables include D.J. Augustin with 5 assists and Orlando Johnson continuing his shooting woes as Ben Hansbrough and Gerald Green each totaled 5 points. For Minnesota, All-Star Kevin Love totaled 9 first quarter rebounds in his limited action. Roy Hibbert is out of tonight's game and Tyler Hansbrough didn't see any action in the first half.
