Indiana Pacers Lead NBA With Six All-Star Ballot Nominees
Here is a little more Indiana Pacers feel-good news before the tip tonight against the Miami Heat. The NBA released the All-Star game ballot today and the Pacers have six (SIX!) players on the ballot, more than any other team in the league.
Darren Collison and Paul George are options for the East guards. Danny Granger, David West and Tyler Hansbrough are among the East forwards with Roy Hibbert reppin' he Pacers on the list of East centers.
That's some impressive recognition even if none of the six are in contention to be voted into the starting lineup. The inclusion of Hansbrough is nice and may be an indication of 50's chances at the Sixth Man of the Year award if he can keep producing on the court.
That is the important take away here -- playing like an All-Star. Hopefully a couple of these guys can play at an All-Star level and earn a trip to the game in Orlando as a reserve. No better time than the present to start drawing that type of attention with a big game against the Heat and their mere four All-Star nominees.

That's a good feeling.
Our entire starting line-up and our 6th man are all on the ballet. Didn’t see Deng, Boozer, or Hamilton. Take that, our-front-five-are-way-better-than-yours Chicago.
Apparently I can't read.
Just kidding. Still, our 6th man is on there, so… yeah. Take that.
Also, I meant ballot.
I don’t think anyone was placed on the NBA ballet. That needs to happen, though.
