Re: Rosterbation continues...

OK, first off after not thoroughly reading the post this is a reply to that Arnold dude who wrote about Rip going to the Pacers/Cavs, it sounds like the Pistons trading Rip to the Cavs for either younger talent or (more likely) other over priced guys on shorter deals along with the 8th over all pick is a rumor that likely isn't true. Because although getting rid of Rip's salary would put Detroit in the Dwight Howard sweepstakes next season with the Nets, Bulls, Pacers, and Magic along with a sweepstakes for other free agents in 2 seasons such as Eric Gordon, Kevin Love, and possibly Andrew Binum. I just don't see the trade happening, since teams making deals with other divisional foes seems to never happen in the NBA or any professional sports organization. Now with that being said, I could easily see the Pistons making this deal with a Western Conference team or maybe an Eastern Conference team in another division, but more likely a Western Conference team. But either way I think Rip would be a great addition to the Pacers who could be their long time awaited successor to Reggie Miller and a stolen Piston to a Pacer you gotta admit does sound good. So I was thinking since Dwight Howard will likely either sign with Orlando, Chicago, or New Jersey/Brooklyn when his contract is up in 2 season's I was thinking it might be a good idea for the Pacers to try this trade:
Pacers trade F-James Posey, and SG's Brandon Rush and Dahntay Jones along with the team's second round pick in the 2011 NBA draft to the Pistons or should I say since the Pistons originated in Ft. Wayne Indiana STOLEN Pistons who turned all their fans into convicts for Richard "Rip" Hamilton and the 8th over all pick in the 2011 draft.
So all in all with the trade
Pacers give up SG-Dahntay Jones, SG/SF-Brandon Rush, F-James Posey, and their second round pick in the 2011 NBA draft.
Pistons or should I say STOLEN PISTONS WHO TURNED ALL THEIR FANS INTO CONVICTS give up SG-Richard "Rip" Hamilton and the number 8 pick in the 2011 NBA draft.
Pacers get SG-Richard "Rip" Hamilton and the 8th pick in the 2011 NBA draft
Pistons get SG-Dahntay Jones, SG/SF-Brandon Rush, F-James Posey, and the Pacers second round pick of the 2011 NBA draft.
Although this trade favors the Pacers on paper it still kind of makes, since in 2 seasons their will be allot of talent in the free agent market and both Brandon Rush and James Posey will have expiring contracts and technically so will Dahntay Jones, which would put the Pistons in a good spot to spend some money in 2012.

Detroit's not trading the #8 pick to move Hamilton
They’ve denied it multiple times and multiple sources have corroborated.
KEEP COACH FRANK
Well Like I said earlier
I highly doubt this rumor is true.
But it’s still something more likely to happen then the Lakers getting Dwight Howard.

Also I created this article to put the other article in a more realistic perspective
All in all, yes it makes sense for the stolen Pistons who turned all their fans into convicts to trade Rip Hamilton in order to become bigger players in the Dwight Howard sweepstakes then teams like the Lakers and look at other big name free agents as second options assuming the team can’t land Howard if they want to take a long shot gamble and risk ending up like the Nets did last offseason in free agency. But the #8 pick is allot to give up just to get rid of one player who isn’t really that much over priced just so you can gamble in the free agent market on guys like Dwight Howard and have competition from teams like the Pacers, Bulls, Magic, and Nets who I’m sure guys like Dwight Howard would rather play for then the Pistons. So all in all I’m just saying I agree with you Detroit isn’t trading the #8 pick and this rumor is also less likely to happen then the Pacers giving up Danny Granger to the T-Wolves for Michael Beasley and the #2 pick.
