IC Cold Links: Crazy Indy 500 Weekend Quiet For Pacers
Wow! The Indianapolis 500 put on quite a show yesterday at IMS. Congratulations to Dan Wheldon for sipping the winner's milk after slipping by J.R. Hildebrand for the win. What a crazy and fun race to watch!
While Speedway was rocking this weekend, Conseco Fieldhouse remained quiet as the Indiana Pacers keep their head coaching position search quiet. Meanwhile there has been some other coaching news breaking around the league.
Kevin McHale is set to take over the Houston Rockets, while the Detroit Pistons have reportedly decided to let John Keuster go while conflicting reports state the decision has not been made yet. With the issues Keuster had last season, I always thought his departure was a given, but with the ownership in flux I guess there are other issues to work out.
