OK, Y'all can't kill me or hate me on this one....Lets start w/ Roy. And I know that some of the players read this. ROY: You're 7-2, 260lbs, stop pussy footin around the rim and smash it. Its time you review some Hakeem and/or P. Ewing tapes and study them. YOU DO have the talent big guy so friggin use it and become the center that you are suppoed to be. How bout this for the upcoming season stats. Roy Hibbert: 22ppg, 11rb 2.5 blks. C'mon man, be the Big Fella that we need. I love ya man, but please, no more at the rim blocks from a 6-2 pg, THROW THAT THING DOWN! Tyler: You are not the PF starter for this team, sure, you are 6-9, 250 and probably bench like a middle line backer, I have seen you up close and you look like a football player and yeah, you are brute strong according to the viewers, BUT you would be better suit as a 22-25 min back up at the 4-5. The Pacers are going to need another proven PF like Landry..I am sure it will NOT happen,  so get ready Chris Wilcox as that might be our only option because who wants to play in INDIANA?! We can pay a Good PF 6-8 mil a yr but they would go for half of a contract and half the time to join the Boston's, Miami's, Chicago's etc....In addition, I have said it before on here, we can get Anthony Randolf for next to nothing, he is a 6-11, 235lb and ready to play, rebound, block shots, throwdowns and hustle plays. We might get another PF in the draft like Morris or Thomkins if we are lucky. Maybe also, sign a middle of the road, a so called "Tweener" like Chuck Hayes, who is only like 6-7 but can defend and rebound with his 250lb frame and his 7+ ft wingspan. McRoberts: Yeah he sure added the energy off the bench and I can see him being swept away from us by Orlando, Atlanta, Boston, LA, Houston and a couple of others who will give him a 3-4 yr deal. But this has got to start with my man Roy to make a huge, HUGE impact this coming season...ALSO I failed to mention, Big Roy might want to hook up with his Georgetown ala Mutumbo and learn maybe just 2-3 defensive moves and go get that "Defensive Stud Of The Year" award.
