Roy Hibbert

I was feeling pretty good about Hibbert this year until the playoffs.  After the first quarter of Game 1, he was not a force.  Last night was the most disturbing game to me.  Noah and Boozer on the bench and no Hibbert.  He was getting rejected by guards.  As much as I like them both, it gets frustrating with both Roy and Tyler getting stuffed every time they're in front of the rim.  We need some finishers down there, big time.  Roy is 7'2; I don't get it.  I would hate to trade away size like that, but he just doesn't seem to have the 'it' down there to even be good rebounder/defender.  I'm very concerned about this team's future at center.  Thoughts?
