Trade Granger?  

I think trading Granger is the best option.  WIth the FAs available, I think it's best to trade Granger for a viable 4 and sign a good 2-guard.  Granger's play in the post season was off almost the entire series and he displayed some of the worst shot selection I've seen in a long time.  The question is...who do you trade for?  Who needs Granger and has the extra front court depth to offer up a decent 4 (and, ideally, more).  Utah?  Sacramento?  

Sign a SG in FA.

I think the best option is Jason Richardson.  He is aging, but still very productive.  He's clutch, he's a leader, and he plays with energy every night.  We can afford to over pay him (as long as the contract is 3 years) and outbid other teams.  He is willing to play in a small market and, as a veteran, can really be a go to guy and a leader for the young pups.  Jamal Crawford also fits the bill.

Any other ideas?

Resign Dunleavey?  For how much?  Other FAs Indy should look at?  Any other trade pieces?  Hibbert?
