Now, I don't want to start complaining about the officiating costing us the game, cause it's the Pacer's fault that they blew a 10 point lead in the last 2 minutes, or got outscored 16-1. No, you can only blame yourselves for that! BUT, i think in the first half alone (which had nothing to do with the total let down of the team, after playing so brilliantly for 47 min. and 12 seconds) I counted 4 times that Rose drove to the basket, with a Pacer completely outside the charge zone, ready to take the charge, and the call went Rose's way. Kind of brings back Michael Jordon memories, doesnt' it? Remember those wonderful days? Jordon, "I can never get a foul, cause i'm a superstar" days. No matter what he did, he got by with murder! Same things gonna happen with Rose. You can just see it plain as the nose on your face. But, that was the first half. And dont' get me wrong, he's GREAT!! He sure doesnt' need the officials to help him in any way, and yes, he took over the game when he was suppose to step up. It just gets me that , our 'team' outplayed their 'team', and we still got beat. But hey, the Pacers played Great, as I said before. The rest of the games may not be this close again, cause I"m sure the Pacers scared the b-jimmies out of them, and they'll be more prepared, but I have to wonder how good, or close the "could" be, if the two teams were playing with the officials completely and totally non-biased ! MAKES YOU WONDER, DOESN'T IT?
