I actually watched most of the Sixer game tonight and through my observation our starting five are all offensive guys and totally defensive liabilities. Brandon Rush seems to be coasting on both sides where Danny Granger seems to always be a step on defense behind which I chalk up as a lack of effort. Josh McRoberts and Roy Hibbert give valiant effort but depending on the matchup can both be heavily exposed. Darren Collinson is simply lacking defensive effort and not consistently running the offense with any goal or purpose. Based upon tonight's effort I would like to see C - Hibbert, PF - Granger, SF - Jones, SG - George, and PG - believe it or not AJ Price at the moment. Hansbrough, Foster, McRob, Collinson and Stephenson should come off bench in this order with a tight leash on the two young and sometimes erratic guards. I wish I could coach this young and talented group but they would have to buy into playing Defense which is how Collins has now persuaded his young and upcoming Sixers into having a successful season. In other words, when I see you get beat a few times (Danny Granger) someone with better defensive effort will play.
