Donnie Walsh returning to Indy next year?

According to Peter Vecsey, Larry Bird has sold his Indiana home.  Vecsey reports that Larry Bird is moving to Florida to be closer to his son, who is attending college there.

Now, Vecsey's reporting has always been suspect, and if he worked for anyone other than the NY Post, his journalism license probably would have been revoked. (Remember he reported that Tinsley had been traded to Denver).

In any case, the report adds to a pile of mounting evidence that Bird is preparing to NOT return next year as a Pacer GM.  Kevin Prtichard  should be considered the frontrunner for the new GM job, considering that Pritchard travelled with the Pacers on the Pacers recent West Coast trip.

However,  Vecsey seems to think that Walsh may be back in the drivers seat for Indy next year. Here's the link I lifted from the ESPN daily dime page.
