Rondo in Indy?

Word around the camp fire is that Indy is pursuing a three-team trade to bring Rondo to Indy and send CP3 to Boston for a year. In this article, it is discussed that there could be a possible trade involving Collison, CP3, Rondo, and other talent:

The Hornets' interest in Rondo is lukewarm at best, but one scenario in circulation would involve the Indiana Pacers and route former Hornets point guard Darren Collison back to New Orleans and land Rondo with the Pacers and Paul with the Celtics. Yet several other players would have to be involved to make such a deal work -- with more established talent going to New Orleans -- and there was no indication Wednesday that such a deal was close to completion.

If the Pacers don't have to give up much more than Darren Collison, I would be all for this trade. Rondo is the true point guard this offense needs. I like the idea of Darren Collison, but I'm more of a believer in a traditional, pass first PG and Rondo fits that well. Almost too well considering how bad he is at the mid-range. He's been to the playoffs and could be the leader this team needs. If the team was able to bring in Rondo and also sign Nene we have an 8-seed jump to make like the Bulls a couple years back.
