The Indiana Pacers try to back up their opening night home win with a strong performance in their first road game at the Toronto Raptors. The Pacers play 15 of their next 21 games on the road so there's no time like the present to start building that confidence away from the Fieldhouse.
Expectations may not be great for Raptors this season, but they have pros who have given the Pacers problems in the past. Like the Pacers, the Raptors came together for a strong team win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on opening night with seven different players scoring in double figures.
The front court match ups should be interesting in this one. David West should be able to cover Andrea Bargnani since Toronto's skilled big man doesn't try to punish anyone in the post. West will be better suited than Roy Hibbert to check Bargnani as he slips out behind the arc. Amir Johnson offers a more traditional big for Hibbert to work against and the opportunity to do some work in the post to give the Pacers an advantage in the match up.
