Fox Sports Indiana To Broadcast All Indiana Pacers Games This Year
The Indiana Pacers announced their plans for the 2011-12 NBA season broadcast schedule which, unlike past seasons, will mirror the Pacers actual game schedule. With the abbreviated 66-game schedule, Fox Sports Indiana will broadcast all 66 regular season games and both preseason games against the Chicago Bulls, a first for local television coverage.
Also, the Pacers officially announced their broadcast crew this season with a couple of changes. As already reported, Brooke Olzendam will take over pre/post-game and sideline reporting duties from Stacy Paetz. In a bit of a surprise, Clark Kellogg will not do his share of television broadcasts this season with former Pacer Austin Croshere filling in for Special K, I assume on road games. Normally Quinn Buckner handles the smothered chicken calls for home games and QB remains part of the crew along with play-by-play man Chris Denari.
Kellogg will maintain his focus on his VP of player relations role with the Pacers, as well as his CBS Sports job calling college games.
The Pacers broke the news via Twitter.
TV personalities: @ChrisDenari on PBP; @QuinnBuckner & @AustinCroshere rotating on color; @BrookeOlzendam on pre/postgame & sideline duties
Clark Kellogg (@PacerCK) will no longer serve as analyst for #Pacers broadcasts, shifting his focus to role as VP of Player Relations.

Kellogg will be missed. He always made entertaining commentary & meshed w/ his partner
Being in politics is like being a football coach. You have to be smart enough to understand the game and dumb enough to think it's important. -- Eugene J. McCarthy
To be honest...
I’m not that big a fan of Denaris, he is ok. But I really enjoy Clarks work, looks like I’ll have to try and watch some more college games to hear him.
listen to some other local play by play guys
then you’ll understand that Denari is GREAT. a lot of people don’t like Quinn, which I can see why but I can’t help but find him lovable, but there’s a reason he and Denari got Big Ten Network work during the lockout, they’re good.
Sup Jello Shot?
I haven’t been able to hear a lot of the local broadcast teams (hard to get games in Aus sometimes without league pass) but yes some of them are downright awful, I think it was last season I caught Spurs-Portland (to watch Patty Mills) and the spurs commentators spent 10 minutes musing over the existence of a black australian (Mills is at least part aboriginal). I was sitting there saying ‘wtf?’ at the TV. Denari I find out. I just enjoy it much more when he is partnered with Clark.
