I know that if the Pacers just shed their expiring contracts at the end of the year they would have about $37 million to work with. I know that taking on salary seems absolutely ridiculous. I know. I'm just throwing a trade out there that kind of makes sense to me. The biggest plus in my mind, besides finding a legitimate PG is that our young pieces could find more time at SG and SF. Well.. here it is.

Indiana gets -- Calderon, Trade Exception
Toronto gets -- Ford, Dunleavy
I am not sure if Toronto would make this trade, but if they would, they would have a lot of cap space. They would also rid themselves of Calderon's contract. The Pacers may or may not make this trade, if offered. I know Calderon's contract is a burden for Indiana, but is this trade worth it?
