Pacers: Hibbert Knee Injury A Mild Strain, Can Return To Summer Workouts Immediately
The Indiana Pacers released a statement updating the status of Roy Hibbert's knee injury sustained with the Jamaican National Team in the Dominican Republic. Good news all around, as expected.
Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert, who injured his right knee while training with the Jamaican National Basketball Team in the Dominican Republic last week, has been examined by Pacers’ medical officials. The injury is a mild strain of his right patellar tendon and no surgery is required. Hibbert will renew summer workouts immediately.
