Pacers Resume Draft Prospect Workouts With A Few Bigs At The Fieldhouse

After taking in a couple of group, combine-type workouts in Chicago and Minneapolis, the Indiana Pacers return to the Fieldhouse today to resume their own draft prospect workouts.

Today's group includes three big guy's vying for strong consideration by the Pacers to be the 10th pick in the draft. Ekpe Udoh (Baylor) and Hassan Whiteside (Marshall) are two players most around the league would like to see go at each other. Daniel Orton (Kentucky) is a guy who may be better than the other two but will need a good showing in this type of workout to see his stock rise.

Also at the Fieldhouse today are projected second round prospects, Derrick Caracter (Texas-El Paso), Lance Stephenson (Cincinnati) along with Purdue's Chris Kramer. Well, I'll be surprised if Kramer is drafted in the second round, but I'm sure none of these prospects will enjoy having their workout effort compared to Kramer's.

Mike Wells mentions that after the bigs workout today, the Pacers will bring in some guards on Wednesday in a workout group that includes Avery Bradley (Texas), Eric Bledsoe (Kentucky) and Jordan Crawford (Xavier).
