The Indiana Pacers should be fresh and ready to go tonight when the take on the Boston Celtics at TD Garden.
Danny Granger returns after serving a one game suspension which gave him five full off-days heading into the game tonight. The Pacers catch a surly Celtics team that's been stumbling a bit lately. The C's have lost two straight and are 5-5 in their last ten games, so it's safe to say they won't be overlooking the Pacers tonight.

Good news for anyone who cares
My wife and I circled this game a while ago to try and get seats to and after weeks of watching ticket prices (and 2 days of checking compulsively) we got some great seats. We’re 4 rows up (I think) basically on the corner facing the Pacers bench. I should be looking straight at AJ Price (assuming JOB continues to keep him from developing).
I’ll do some sort of writeup tomorrow or tonight after the game
"If you don't [draft me], I promise you I'll come back and kick your ass for the next 15 years."
I know Evan Turner is great and all
but as a Michigan fan, that last shot was pretty devastating. It’s been hard last couple years to root for the Wolverines. And the Pacers. Maybe a win tonight will help?
I have a feeling
Boston will be looking for blood tonight. It will be interesting to see if the Pacers can stick around with the vets. This game could quickly turn into a blow-out, how much fight do the blue and gold have in them?
Not at all
I like that they are giving Rondo the outside shots. Back off of him and let him shoot that all night. He has been hitting them early, but where he is dangerous is driving to the basket.
He has a great first step
he just has to learn how to use his body to shield off those big guys in the paint. It will come with experience
Price has looked real good and rusty all at the same time
Passing and handling real well. Can’t find a rhythm for his shot. Some teammates not ready for his passes.
Yup
plain and simple, he needs some playing time. Too bad the Pacers need him, it would be good to see him get some reps in the DL…
Ugh
I agree, of course JOB feels AJ practicing with the Pacers is more valuable than playing in the D-League even though JOB himself complains about the lack of practice time during the season.
This team...
Down 20 to the Celtics? I didn’t think we were this bad.
Well, I did, I just love to subtly jab the Celts these days.
heh heh
the C’s are actually looking C-like tonight. The bench as much if not more than their starters.
Just thinking out loud
all this talk about landing a PG, AJ Price, given a fair chance might not be all that bad. He has moments of brilliance, don’t know why JOB doesn’t stick with him instead of TJ
I'd like to think
We caught Boston on a night they decided to show up, but they’ve been so poor as of late I somehow doubt that’s the case.
Oh well. Could be worse. I’m thinking of scenarios where it could, but none really come to mind, so nevermind.
