Short-Handed Pacers Suspend Solomon Jones For Game Against Lakers
The Indiana Pacers suspended front-court reserve, Solomon Jones for one game for "conduct detrimental to the team," according Coach Jim O'Brien.
There isn't much more to the story other than the detrimental conduct in question appears to have taken place in the Fieldhouse. Solo is a bit of a different cat so my pure speculation would be that his mouth ran him into trouble. The one game suspension normally wouldn't impact the Pacers too much considering the limited playing time Jones has seen of late. Solo will be missed more than usual against the Lakers since they have so many long front-court players. Although against the Lakers, missing Solo will be a ways down the list on issues the Pacers will have to overcome in order to win.

Jones
He isn’t in any position to be pulling this crap at practice. He needs to be focusing on trying to do anything he can for minutes. When you’re stuck on the bench for this kind of team, your chances of ever making it big in the NBA are slim to none.
Start Solomon..
at least he is showing some emotion instead of being a JOB Zombie.
