Pacers' Christmas wishlist

I wish for Darren Collison a fight through a screen and the same grit defensively he showed against CP3 against everyone else.

I wish for Brandon Rush a left side of the body that can dribble and drive. Keep sticking the three and D-ing up, though, B-Rush.

I wish for Danny Granger a completion of the much ballyhooed “Bat Cave” and a shot to lead a team in the playoffs.

I wish for Josh McRoberts 10-20 more lbs of muscle to better battle in the post.

I wish for Roy Hibbert a “Center’s Guide to Playing Against Emeka Okafor.”

I wish for TJ Ford a trip out of Indy and good enough play to bring some quality back in.

I wish for Mike Dunleavy a time machine back to version 2007-2008.

I wish for Tyler Hansbrough more PT and a different post move than the T-Rex hook shot.

I wish for James Posey a reduction of 6 mil in salary.

I wish for Jeff Foster a veteran-minimum’s slot on a championship-contending team. Pretty please let it be here.

I wish for AJ Price a basketball court tour of everywhere except the three-point line.

I wish for Paul George an understanding that he’s only 20 and has plenty of time to earn PT and to be the next T-Mac (non-injury prone version).

I wish for Dahntay Jones a defensive presence that doesn’t require fouling.

I wish for Solomon Jones no more offensive opportunities in the post.

I wish for Lance Stephenson some continued anger management.

I wish for Larry Bird a trade for Reggie Evans to solidify this season’s standing as a 7 or 8 seed. The closest thing the league has to a modern-day Dale Davis when healthy.

I wish for Jim O’Brien an extension…….as an assistant coach……..somewhere else.

I wish for Herb Simon many, many more years of Pacers basketball in Indiana.

Merry Christmas IndyCornrows.
