Sorry, but he is no help to this team, at all. According to O'Brien, Ford didnt' understand his system last year (I don't care for Ford as a player on the floor, anytime), Collison can't grasp it this year, and now, he says that Hibbert isnt' playing well at all?????  What gives?  Hibbert's been mentioned (although too early in the season) as a likely candidate for Most Improved Player of the year.  Great!  With a coach who supports you like this, I'll bet he has a super shot at that award---NOT!   If no-one can grasp his system, then change your system, or do something so players can. My goodness, is it that difficult?  And here, Collison was suppose to be our saviour at point guard, and he's lucky if he sees the court during the 4th quarter. Turn it over to "turn-over" Ford. Yea, right. He'll get us thru. It's time that Bird, or the owner sees that O'Brien is killing us with "his system". It hasnt' worked for any year that he's been here. He's not going to change his way, so we, the fans, suffer thru another mediocer season. They take in the money,gladly,from the fans, but they just dont' want to provide quality play. Something needs to be done NOW !
