Our PF situation

OK, I know we have fought our way back in to this game after our horrendous start (it's halftime of the Bulls game as of this writing). But, I'm getting very frustrated and frankly pissed off with JOB (already was, but more so than ever) and his playing rotations. I'm mostly referring right now to the PF position...I really like Posey as a person and as a defender and I am sure he has done wonders in the locker room being an established veteran on this young team. HOWEVER, the dude is detrimental to our offense and our play overall. With the PF's we have on this roster, the bulk of the minutes need to go to McBobs and Tyler. Both of these guys seem to understand their role on this team, that being the guy who works his ass off making hustle plays, crashing the boards, deferring to teammates more than looking to create for themselves on offense, etc. They are energy guys, and you can see that their energy rubs off on the other guys on the floor. When Posey was on the bench and McBobs was in midway through the 2nd quarter, we were absolutely dominating the Bulls on both sides of the court. Everybody on the court was playing their hearts out, and they were frustrating the Bulls. As soon as I saw that Posey was checking back in, I told my friend the Bulls were about to go on a run. Sure enough, they quickly retook the lead and we suddenly looked stagnant.

I was comparing Tyler's production to Posey's at the time. We are 5-0 when Tyler plays 20+ minutes. He's averaging 11.2 points on 58% shooting, along with 6.6 boards. He hasn't even played in 6 games for some reason however. When Posey plays 20+ minutes, we are 4-8. He's averaging 8.1 pts in these games on 41% shooting, with 4.1 boards. Hmmm, notice anything JOB? Tyler has better stats when he plays 20+ minutes than Posey does. AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, we have not lost in such games. I am not bashing Posey at all. He's doing exactly what JOB wants him to do, or rather any of his PFs to do---shoot 3s, spread the floor?? Get a clue JOB...your PFs don't need to be jacking up 3s for you to win. They need to be making hustle plays and be able to put the ball in the basket when they are in position to do so,vwhich does not need to be often which we have proved Also, I'm pretty sure Tyler has a more important future on this team than Posey does, at least as soon as JOB gets fired (hopefully very soon).

Can someone give me an understandable reason for this? I haven't checked into any of the technical stuff (maybe Levy can do that for us), but I do know basketball and I can see with my own eyes when we are playing well.
