We all know our desperation for bigs. At the four, McRoberts is nice but seems to be a role player and Hansbrough would be a great change up (possibly the future). Hibbert needs backup though at the center spot. Solo just isn't enough. Sac-town is full of big, we're full of wings. Our interests are temporarily aligned. Here's some ideas:
Samuel Dalembert for Dahntay Jones and Mike Dunleavy: I see this as a home run for both teams. The Kings are in need for wing help and still get a lot of money cut next year. The Pacers get some great defensive help down low and also get the 2.5 million dollars cut from Dahntay's contract next year.
Dahntay Jones and a first round pick for Jason Thompson: Next years draft is weak and we look like we'll have a bad draft pick so this works for me. Having thompson play both big positions is a huge help.
TJ Ford, James Posey, and Dahntay Jones for Beno Udrih, Donte Greene, and Samuel Dalembert: Beno Udrih's and Posey's offset. Dalembert's contract and Greene's athletic ability are the pluses to this trade.
Mess with these trades all you want and add them to the bottom.
