Since the Pacers will welcome in the Clippers tonight, there is a intriguing match up of Hibbert vs DeAndre Jordan. I always thought that Jordan was someone that could fit really well with the Pacers. The dude has a very limited offensive game, some what like Dwight Howard albeit without the pure explosion. However, like Howard, Jordan will rebound and block at a high rate. However, like many young centers, he is over aggressive on too many occasions, he rarely plays many minutes because of his foul tendencies.
The Pacers need front line help. so here is my trade proposal, Solomon Jones & 2011 2nd rounders for Deandre Jordan.
The Pacers get rid of Solo but lose a second rounder.
The clippers get another draft pick for rebuilding.
This trade seems logical for the Pacers as there is very little risk. Jordan has a very short and small contract which expires after the season, and Chris Kaman is still on the book for another two seasons.
