With the NBA trade deadline approaching, how does the proposed trade involving the Indiana Pacers, Philadelphia 76ers and the Portland Trail Blazers sound:
To Indiana- Andre Iguodala, Andre Miller, and Joel Przybilla
To Philadelphia- TJ Ford, Travis Diener,
To Portland- Troy Murphy, Earl Watson, Solomon Jones
Pacers get to add another scorer to go with Granger, in Iguodala. They also acquire a pretty good PG in Andre Miller, and fill another hole.
The 76ers because they may to want to restart and free some salary after signing Elton Brand to that large contract and underachieving. Ford's and Diener's expiring contract can help out with that.
The Trail Blazers want to get rid of Miller, because it hasn't worked out with all their guards and they get rid of Przybilla's large contract; While they acquire Earl Watson's expiring contract, and get Murphy who can score and rebound pretty well.
This is a slight modification of a proposed trade I saw elsewhere which involved Mike instead of Murphy as well as the Pacer's first and second round picks. So what do you guys think?
Yes I know Philly is getting shafted but Hey..Go Pacers..LOL
