Foster Ready For Future After Completing Past School Commitments

PrintJeff Foster picked up his diploma last week from Texas State and Pacers.com has a nice video capturing the moment complete with Pomp and Circumstance playing and reactions from Foster's proud parents, sister and wife.
Foster mentions his desire to stay in basketball in a management or coaching capacity once his playing days are done. I have a feeling he'll be a part of the Pacers' organization for many years to come.
What kind of role do you see Foster thriving in once his playing days are done?
