The Indiana Pacers just released information that the team has waived troubled point guard Jamaal Tinsley.

"This ends a very difficult period for all parties involved," said Larry Bird, President of Basketball. "We are pleased to have this resolved."

The resolution comes directly before an arbitration was set to begin next week. The release effectively ends the arbitration. Check back later for more details.
