Dunleavy Expects To Get Back On The Court This Week

Mike Dunleavy updated his blog with some promising news regarding his injury status.

I expect to get back on the court this week and start progressing my way back up to practicing with the team and eventually playing. I've really had to develop a lot of patience throughout this process but even more so in the last couple weeks. I'm at the point where I could definitely play but I'm being held out for precautionary reasons.

Combined with the Hansbrough news yesterday, that's two positive injury reports for the Pacers in the past 24 hours. Not sure I'm equipped to handle such a sunny outlook. In fact, I'm not ready so I'll let you assess your own level of excitement at your own risk. Considering Duleavy still isn't actually on the court, there's plenty left to go right before he suits up for the Pacers.

But...it sure would be a nice stocking stuffer if both Hansbrough and Dunleavy were available by Christmas wouldn't it?
