Okay, this is getting a little ridiculous. The Pacers have been taking every opportunity to involve the community in their offseason activities, but now they're leaving some of the organization's most critical offseason decisions up to the fans.

That's right, fans are being asked to cast their votes to determine which girls will make up the Pacemates dance squad. Pictures, bios and videos of a tryout routine are all available to help educate you on the issues dancers. Voting ends on Friday, so don't let me down people. Vote early and often.

For full disclosure, let me unveil my top five picks:

1. Aminda - With a twinkle in her eye and a bright smile, this one year vet brings consistency with every step. Plus, she's spent time at the Dub, so this vote is a given.
2. Ashley M. - This rook brings unlimited upside and a thirst for the big stage. As a former Miss Indiana USA contestant AM won't freeze under the bright lights when the music starts.
3. Robyn - Just check out the video effort. This sparkplug exudes confidence with every move and appears ready to jump in and push the team to new heights from day one.
4. Tessa - This Fieldhouse fixture should be on everyone's ballot. The video confirms what we already know, Tessa finishes every move yet remains as smooth as Mimi's mashed potatoes from beginning to end.
