Pacers Draft Party
As I mentioned last week, don't forget about the Pacers Draft Party at the Fieldhouse tomorrow night. I will be on hand to blog about the festivities and of course, the Pacers' pick. With all the crazy speculation this week, it should be a great night.
The Pacers have thrown in some nice benefits for those who join the party, including a chance to win one of 11 mini-season ticket packages, 11 jerseys of the top pick, and a few VIP experiences to cash in during the upcoming season.
I'll see you there!

Anthony Randolph
I saw Anthony Randolph last night outside the Westin Hotel in New York City, and i see recent talk of him slipping out of the lottery. I have no opinion either way if they should take him cause i know very little about him, but he seemed cool taking pictures with people and stuff, but he is maybe the skinniest man i have ever seen. I couldnt believe it. Just an observation

His stock is slipping
Bird actually mentioned him yesterday as an example of a player who couldn’t come in right away and play, thus he wouldn’t be interested.
He'll have that problem just about anywhere he goes
Randolph just isn’t ready to play right away.
No mistakes in the tango, darling. Not like life. It's simple. That's what makes the tango so great. If you make a mistake, and get tangled, you tango on
EEEEEEEEE
Save for Granger falling in Bird’s lap, since 03 (i believe his first draft) that right there looks very rough (verdict still out on Shawne, but not many people liked it.)
2007 No selection; 1st Rd pick traded to Atlanta via sign and trade (Al Harrington)[12]
2006 Shawne Williams § (Round 1, pick 17); Alexander Johnson (Round 2, pick 45)
2005 Danny Granger § (Round 1, pick 17); Erazem Lorbek (Round 2, pick 46)
2004 David Harrison § (Round 1, pick 29); Rashad Wright (Round 2, pick 60)
2003 James Jones (Round 2, pick 49)
I Love the PR Since the Season Ended
The Pacers were on the brink of death a few months ago. If Tinsley and Williams situations would have occured until 2010 and the fans kept on staying at home, there wouldn’t be an Indiana Pacers franchise.
Now, the Pacers will sell out Conseco. I went to two games last year. I went to 12 in 2004-05. I expect to be there a lot in 2008-09.
