IC Cold Links: Beating Back The Thunder

Here are some items of interest after the Pacers' win last night:

  • Bruno's Live Blog captures the Pacers' struggle to gain traction and the W throughout the game. T.J. Ford was big down the stretch while Kevin Durant was held scoreless for the final four minutes. Ball game. Full Postgame Report and video interviews.
  • Mike Wells recaps the great game for Ford on a touch night for the Pacers.

On a night in which about the only thing he did wrong was make a move with the basketball that was so good he tweaked his ankle, Ford led his team to a 107-99 come-from-behind victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday at Conseco Fieldhouse.

"I want the ball," Ford said. "I'm pretty sure it's going to be two people, myself or Danny (Granger with the ball). Pick and roll was something we were getting good shots off. Fortunately I was able to make some good moves and get to the basket."

  • Pacers Notebook hit up Danny Granger's love for New Mexico, Diener's progress playing through some pain, Rasho's expected return next week and the impact on the playing rotation, and finally, the official launch of  the Josh McRoberts era.
  • Darnell Mayberry reports on yet another lost lead and game for the Thunder.
  • The Thunderworld laments another late game let down for OKC.
