Trial for Tinsley and Daniels Delayed

The 8 Seconds Saloon trial for Jamaal Tinsley and Marquis Daniels was moved to December today. It was supposed to start this coming Monday but a defense attorney asked for the delay. Why? Don't tell me there wasn't enough time to prepare. This thing happened last February. Hey, if it helps the legal case I'm all for it, but we're trying to move forward here. This trial is the last remnants of last year's dysfunctional season. I was hoping it would all be settled by the start of camp. If Tins and Quis have to do a little time, fine, get it over with, but please, let the long nightmare end.
